where I can set the on time from 0.1µs to 400µs in 0.1µs steps.

So at its highest frequency, say 0.1us ON and 0.1us OFF, thats a period of 0.2us

So a frequency of 1 / 0.2us = 5MHz.

With a precision of 0.1us.

What is the project that you are wanting to switch transistors at RF frequencies?
