Extra hardware needed to control a SCN5 servo actuator

Hello,

I'm trying to use an Arduino to control a linear servo actuator. Im am trying to use a series SNC5 servo actuator which uses a 24V motor. What additional hardware do I need to purchase in order to use my Arduino to control the servo actuator so that the Arduino doesnt fry when I turn it on?

Many thanks

You need a motor driver capable of handling 24 volt and the unknown amount of amps for that motor.

With the information you have given us like how much current it draws and a link to the actuator I will take a SWAG and suggest BTS7560. I have used them and I know they work as long as you do not overload them, then they get hot and shut down. If you do not want it to fry post a complete schematic, not a frizzy drawing of your circuit showing all connections and wire gauge for the power connections.
