Hi, I'm trying to develop something like google glasses but I can't seem to find a small camera does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Mobile phone front-facing cameras are usually pretty small.

Yes, mobile phone cameras are very good.
The OV2640 used in the ESP32-CAM is decently small and is already programmable using Arduino. They make ones with longer cables so you can move the MCU elsewhere.

There is a teeny tiny camera you can get for Raspberry Pi.
The problem is that it's for Raspberry Pi, and they are kind of big compared to Arduinos, even the Zero.
EDIT - The Pi 0, not the Arduino Zero.
