I thought the following method might be of interesting to those who make an end product.
Attached are two projects I have made from an engravable plastic which we probably have all seen in name tags etc. see Signs.jpg
These were engraved and cut out on a CNC/CAM tool.
There are many color options available see Color.jpg
A CNC engraving bit that is readily available on EBay see Bits.jpg
When drilling this product I would recommend you use a unibit step drill.

Where? It appears that the only colour is 'invisible'. :~

I built one some time ago, but yes you have to have access.
Forgot to post the colors (purchased from sign engravers).
