fading led (four)

hey guys i wanted to make a simpe project on fading four led.i have written the code but can not unterstand why the leds are not 100 % high when starting .please suggest what changes should i make in the code thank you in advance

int ledPin1 = 11;    // LED connected to digital pin 9
int ledPin2 =10;
int ledPin3 = 9;
int ledPin4 = 6;
void setup() {
  pinMode(11, OUTPUT);
   pinMode(10, OUTPUT);
    pinMode(9, OUTPUT);
     pinMode(6, OUTPUT);

}

void loop(){

  for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 10; fadeValue -= 1)
  {
    analogWrite(ledPin1,fadeValue);
    delay(20);
  }
  {
    for (int fadeValue = 10 ; fadeValue <= 255; fadeValue += 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin1, fadeValue);                  //FOR LED 1
      delay(30);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 15 ; fadeValue <= 255; fadeValue += 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin2, fadeValue);
      delay(30);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 15; fadeValue -= 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin1,fadeValue);
      delay(20);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 20; fadeValue += 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin3, fadeValue);
      delay(40);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 10; fadeValue -= 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin2,fadeValue);
      delay(20);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 12; fadeValue += 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin4, fadeValue);
      delay(20);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 10; fadeValue -= 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin3,fadeValue);
      delay(30);
    }

    for (int fadeValue = 255 ; fadeValue >= 10; fadeValue -= 1)
    {
      analogWrite(ledPin4,fadeValue);
      delay(20);
    }
  }

}

but can not unterstand why the leds are not 100 % high when starting

If you want them all to be at 100% brightness before any of them start fading then add some analogWrite()s to setup() or the start of loop() to set the initial brightness.

And you might like to take the time right now, to embrace the approach of the world-renowned BlinkWithoutDelay approach, before you get hooked on the over-use of delay().

Good video on it, here.
