Good afternoon, I donated to download the client, but the client download did not work for me

OK, thanks for the clarification. As you can see from the screenshots you shared, the correct term is "Arduino IDE". Please make sure to use it in any further posts you make on Arduino Forum.

I'll provide instructions you can follow to download Arduino IDE:

  1. Click the following link to open the "Software" page in your web browser:
    https://www.arduino.cc/en/software
  2. Under the "Arduino IDE 2.3.2" section of the page, click the appropriate link under "DOWNLOAD OPTIONS" for your computer's operating system.
    The "Download Arduino IDE & support its progress" page will open.
  3. Click the "JUST DOWNLOAD" link on that page.
    The "Stay in the Loop: Join Our Newsletter! page will open.
  4. Click the "JUST DOWNLOAD" link on that page.
    Your browser will start a file download.
  5. Wait for the download to finish.

Install Arduino IDE as appropriate for your operating system. You can follow the instructions here:

You don't have to donate to download the IDE but it's probably your laptop or a windows version issue
