Yep. With errors.
So you do have USBtiniISP?
Is not your problem that you have terminal permanently connected? Post #3-4.
So you do have USBtiniISP?
Dunno what's that

Couldn't understand, sorry. What do you mean
ISP programmer. The HW.
Try to close the terminal window an then to upload. The problem is described in the thread.
From your video it looks to me like you have connected terminal and then you are trying to upload.
Nah, I dont
You have linux, right? Close the IDE, open native terminal and try this command:
/home/alexey/.arduino15/packages/arduino/tools/avrdude/6.3.0-arduino17/bin/avrdude -C/home/alexey/.arduino15/packages/arduino/tools/avrdude/6.3.0-arduino17/etc/avrdude.conf -v -patmega328p -carduino -P/dev/ttyACM0 -b115200 -Uflash:r:/tmp/arduino/sketches/downloaded_sketch_jan7a.ino.hex:i
It should read the flash from Arduino.
So there is a problem with the bootloader. You have to upload it via ISP.
It's a hardware, right?
Do u know, may I use my esp32 cam as bootloader to burn to UNO, then se my UNO to recover my esp32 so it becomes a normal esp32 cam?
Yes, programmer or another Arduino with ArduinoISP sketch. It should work with ESP32 according the link I posted. UNO has ISP 6 pin header, the one near to ATmega328P. Programmer have to be connected to this.
You can buy USBasp from Ali or ebay or maybe some local store. It is simple and cheap programmer for AVR MCUs.
