Failure to load NOD MCU8266

Using Arduino Avrdude, stk500, Bootloader issues

I have an ESP8266 MOD to which I cannot load a program, since it has two errors. (depending on baud rate)
1- It does not find or does not recognize the device
2- It throws the following error esptool.FatalError: Failed to connect to ESP8266: Invalid head of packet (0x08).
