If you can output your data via SPI it is much faster (see TurboSpi Library):

Ethernet2 (UDP) SPI transfers have a lot of dead time - Arduino Due - Arduino Forum reply #36 . This is with the SPI header

or you can use USART0 or USART1 in SPI mode.
