Did you write this code?
If so, what library did you expect password.h to come from?
If not, where did the code come from? Did that source not specify what libraries you'd need?'
And did you not read How to get the best out of this forum where you were told specifically not to post screen shots of code?
And what has your problem got to do with Arduino Command Line Tools? Which command line tool are you having an issue with? It is not obvious from your message, where you seem to be using Tinkercad.
