female 0.1" headers for high current

Hi

I need to have female PCB headers with 0.1" spacing to solder on a pcb (like: https://ultimachine.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/product_full/24PinFemaleHeader.jpg). I want to use Pololu drivers (http://www.resco-research.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/pololu.jpg) for steppers, so I can't use other female headers (other format or spacing or so). Since I'm from Europe I order lots from Hong Kong because shipping is so low. But for all the headers you can get there, there doesnt exist a current rating. I need to pass about 2A trough (actually less, but thats what the rating should be). What do you think, for what current are "standard" 0.1" headers made for? Where could I get right headers?

Thanks!

Datasheet for a part like this from dipmicro
http://www.dipmicro.com/store/HDR06X1FL
says its rated for 3A.

Same with the header from sparkfun, 3A

Both are sourced from China

I have yet seen a 0.1/2.54/dupont female/male pin header with any other rating than 3A, though I agree that many listings do not come with such data, so I think it is safe to say that it should be about 3A in general

The two I referenced both have links to datasheets that say 3A.
