FHT example code

I have a problem with the last line in the code.
Serial.write(fht_log_out, FHT_N/2);

I want to understand what are the 8 values that been sending?
there for I change the last line to see what was sent:

Serial.print(fht_log_out[1]);
Serial.print(" ");
Serial.print(fht_log_out[2]);
Serial.print(" ");
Serial.print(fht_log_out[3]);
Serial.print(" ");

Serial.print(fht_log_out[5]);
Serial.print(" ");

Serial.print(" ");
Serial.print(fht_log_out[7]);

when the input sine on 16KHz: 198 182 56 32 16 46 16 35
when the input sine on 10KHz: 197 182 45 47 46 30 41 19
when the input sine on 5KHz: 197 182 44 38 46 27 30 27
when the input sine on 1KHz: 197 182 51 59 75 101 154 183

How can I convert this numbers to the frequency that i input?
