Fido doesn't accept incoming HTTP requests

I have GSM Arduino shield with Mega Arduino board . I try to run GSMwebServer example and I just got these:

Starting Arduino web Server.
Connected to GPRS network
Server IP address=
25.28.202.251

In tutorial said that " Some network providers only allow requests from inside their own network. You will need to check with your network provider to make sure your SIM card will accept incoming HTTP requests."

Do you have any suggestion?
I couldnot find any SimCard that works with GSM shield in Canada except Fido.

I've been using a rogers SIM card with text and data transfer and have been getting nowhere with it. I've been trying to trouble shoot the last week now and I'm about ready to smash the f***ing thing. Are you saying the FIDO card works?
