File open with right mouse key does not work

Windows 10, file explorer: If you right-click on an ino file and say "Open with Arduino IDE", Arduino 2.0 starts with the last edited file. So it doesn't care about my input. This is an error!

Windows 10 file explorer: If you select "Open with ... Arduino IDE" for a * .ino… file with the right mouse button, the Arduino IDE (2.0.0-beta6) opens the last processed file. That is unexpected behavior!
