File transfer from PC via I Tunes to Arduino IDE app on I Phone

i have downloaded the Arduino IDE on my I Phone 6 and then tried to transfer the file using the I Tunes app in to the phone. I can transfer in to the file but not in the Open Sketch file folder.
Is there a place I can see step by step guidance on how to do this

Not sure why you need to place it on the phone first then transfer ?

However the software (official) is HERE

Maybe download DIRECTLY and cut out the apple middle man.

To answer the first question, my problem is not that but to transfer files from windows PC to I Phone, more precisely in to the Open Sketch folder.

Ok so PC to I-phone.

Again not sure why ?
Flash drives are the preferable method of moving sketches from one machine to another.

I phones may have other issues with that task as they are often limited on memory and certainly not as useful as Android phones for that task.

Is a regular OTG cable involved ?

I am using the standard USB cable that comes with the phone to transfer the file from the PC to the I Phone.
The attached picture is showing the part that I have problems with.
I have connection communication etc minus ability to put file in Sketches folder.

Later on the filed i will use a OTG cable to do minor changes and updates on the field and load files from the Phone to the Arduino board.

You know that each sketch should be INSIDE a folder of the same name dont you ?

Yes I know that to be true in windows. I have no clue how IOS is storing that. When i go to open in the IDE app in I Phone i get 3 options
Open Sketch
Open Example
Open Library example and nothing else

So the thing is how do i get my sch sketch in one of those folders so that i can open it later from the phone.

I tried to add a folder or a file and nothing works. I can see the folder or the file there in the I Tunes app on PC screen but later when I try to open the file in the phone app it is not there at all.

If you look at the picture you can see the step I have problems with.

There is no official IDE for I-phones that I am aware of ?
Maybe some third part app ?

Are you saying you have an IDE on the I-phone and want to use that ?
If so you will be better off on the app providers web site.
