filling and draining at the touch of a button

I think I'd rather just run the boat, have someone watch the wake and modify the ballast to suit. With the right plumbing it wouldn't even need a pump except to empty when the boat is stopped though it would be real nice to know about how full each to get a certain wake at certain speeds.

Pop had a motorboat back in the 60's and we didn't bail, just ran up to speed and opened the plug near the back that had the back-facing scoop underneath and the bilge water sucked out like emptying a bathroom sink. if that scoop was facing the other way, we'd have had a geyser.
