Finding a way to use an Esp32-cam as a receiver for ELRS or Frsky

Hi,
I have an arduino rc plane project using the Esp32-cam. The thing is that I want to use one of my two transmitters, the first one is the fs-i6x and the other one is the radiolite 2. I also want to mension that i don,t have any ELRS receiver because the drone came assemble and I have the fs-ia6b but I use a 1s(3.7v) battery and the reciver require minimum 4v to work. So, my problem is the follow I'm trying to find a way to bind my Esp32-cam to one of my transmitter or a simple way to boost my 3.7v to 4v.
