fingerprint module with Arduino

Hello everybody!
I've purchased a fingerprint module with 6 pins. there is no pinout description printed on the board, so I couldn't connect it to arduino.
I couldn't find any datasheet for it also.

What brand of reader is it? where was it purchased from?

I bought this one on Ebay a year ago but never got around to experimenting with it.
