Hi, I have been able to install fireduino board in Windows 10 (that was a headache) but now I cannot upload any sketch to the board due to the folowing problem:

I have been searching everywhere but I have not find a solution. I have found this in the fireduino community page but I don't know what to do with it because I have used the official arduino IDE (I have tried with the fireduino version also: same problem).
As you can imagine, I am a begginer.
