Hello everyone! As the title says it I'm new to using arduino. I recently bought some addressable LED strips and have them connected to a SP105E controller. Its doing the basics i need it to do but I like to one up myself lol. I have looked into Arduino and it seems I can get more bang for my buck using it. The setup I would like to do is have multiple zones, be able to use bluetooth to turn on and off lEDs, and have LEDs go with the beat of music. I'm not sure what all i need to make this happen. Also not sure if i will have to have a amplifier in my line cause I'll be using about 80 feet of addressable LEDs. Any info would greatly be appreciated! Thanks!

If you get that to work, I'm sure the Army would be interested in buying your project lol.
Bluetooth: HC-05 or HC-06 module
Power: Wall wart
Anything else will be based on your specific requirements. Can you give a detailed description of your project. As detailed as possible.

I'm not sure how you would do this but I think you can write off the HC-06 bluetooth. You may find it is practical to use HC-05s which activates the LED stuff more or less directly with the STATE pin, which is not normally used in the Arduino realm, but thereby avoiding the need of a swag of extra Arduinos. This means one Arduino controlling the configuration of one HC-05, which orchestrates the others by autoconnecting. There are other mysterious pins ont he HC-05 which may be worth examination - along with the AT command set.
Here is a drawing i did really quick to show what i kind of want.
