Sometimes the port gets "forgotten" when devices are plugged/unplugged... verify the port and try again.

The port is correct because is I use the second board it works and I uploaded it 5 time

My Arduino IDE sometimes "forgets" I had an Arduino plugged into a USB port whenever I power-cycle or unplug/re-plug my Arduino, I must do this almost every time*:
IDE >> TOOLS >> PORT >> my port
IDE >> TOOLS >> BOARD >> my board
IDE >> PROCESSOR >> old bootloader (I have a Nano with a CH340 comm IC)

I have a different Arduino than you have... I was describing that if you had an old board like mine, you would need one more setting (processor not programmer).

Hi @mattia_milesi. If you have a shield or any external circuitry or components connected to your Arduino board, try this experiment:

  1. Disconnect the USB cable of the Arduino board from your computer.
  2. Disconnect any shields, modules, external circuitry, etc. from your board.
  3. Connect the Arduino board to your computer with a USB cable.
  4. Attempt to upload a sketch to the board, just as you did before.

It is possible that the external circuitry might cause interference during the upload which corrupts the data and causes this verification error. If the upload succeeds without the external circuitry, you will know the problem was caused by the external circuitry. You can then focus your attention on identifying the specific problem with the circuit and resolving it.

Did you use the same USB cable when uploading to both boards? I ask because it is maybe possible that the data corruption could have been caused by a damaged or defective USB cable. We know the cable you used to upload to the other board is at least functional enough to achieve a successful upload.

I don’t think that the OP is using a “Normal” uno.
The op’s “uno” has a ESP on it to.

Yes

I'm using a fishino which has got a RTC module and a wi-fi module that are printed in the board so I can't disconnect.
The rtc module hasn't got any battery.
For the error that I reported I selected the fishino uno rv2 board but it give me a different error if I select the Arduino uno board which is compatible
