Five Menus, File, Edit, Sketch, Tools, Help - I can't see them in the IDE;

I have a attached a screenshot and I've googled, but I can't find these five menus in the IDE. I am using this on a mac with 10.9.2.

Any help is appreciated.

I tried to delete this after I figured it out but was unable to... please disregard
