[FIX] Arduino Clone, upload error: "avrdude: ser_open(): can't set com-state for "\.\COM<x>"

Hi all,

I had a problem uploading sketches to an arduino UNO CLONE board, and I want to share the solution.

The board mounts a clone of the CH340G USB-serial converter (in general it can be recognized since it has no label on).
The latest version (2023) of the CH340G driver on Windows 10/11 are not working with this kind of chip, so it should be installed an older one (for me worked the 2014 version CH340G 2014 driver )
