[Fixed] Unable to program an ATTINY2313

Hi,

I'm following this instructables to programm a ATTINY2313 chip

I made the shield and I can see the red led fading.

I then installed the core.
I chose board > ATTINY2313 but then in programmer > "no programmers available for this board"

I installed another one > makes arduino IDE crash at launch

I installed another one, with this link http://drazzy.com/package_drazzy.com_index.json
"Attinycore by Spence Konde, v1.5.2"

But when uploading :
avrdude: Yikes! Invalid device signature.
** Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override**
** this check.**

I just don't know what to do now.
My chip is a ATTINY2313 20U what does it mean ? Is it different from 20PU ? Is it why it does not work ?

The Arduino pin 10 needs to go to the reset pin (1), the table shows it correct. But in the drawn schematic it is drawn to connect to pin 2. So I think that schematic is wrong.

But only with arduino version 1.8.13, not the 2.0
