when I want to report a post as spam - why don't you need a comment why I think it's spam? It's not allways obvious, sometimes I would like to let you know about my opinion 
Can you add an optional comment field?
If I think that, I mark it as "something else", usually "spam precursor".
A "language" radio button would be useful...
If I'm not sure, I flag it as "something else" and mention that I suspect spam. If it's clearly spam, I just use the "spam" option.

As a moderators we often get ones that are not always clear but turn out to be spam.
Awol's method works very well for us using "something else" and a comment of your own choice.
We can usually distinguish what is what and why.
