I need to flash the chip Atmega32u4 on WifiRev2 because I received one without any program/bootloader (the seller sent me another WifiRev2 and I kept the other).
Is there a way to flash it with another Wifi Rev 2 ? I tried to do it but all I can do is to turn my WifiRev2 into a Leonardo (because it's the same chip). I already solder pins on the bottom side so I can access the easily.
Can I clone the bootloader from the working one to the faulty ?

There are two hex files as far as I can see; one for the 4809 and one for the 32U4. I think (!!) that C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\megaavr\1.8.7\firmwares\MuxTO.hex is the one for the 32U4; this is on a Windows system.
@sterretje that is only for the SAMD11 on Nano Every I think.
and the Uno WiFi has a MEDBG programmer firmware from Atmel in the 32u4
