Flashed a bad .hex file, Arduino UNO doesn't work anymore

I actually ordered another USBASP a while ago for situations like this. Then I found out Windoze 10 doesn't play nice, won't recognize it. I didn't even try Linux, I'm too pessimistic I guess...
