Flashing an ESP8266 with an arduino uno

I it possible to flash with an arduino uno at 3,3V

I have to flash a firmware on to the ESP8266 - 07 unsing my arduino uno. I have done some unsuccesful research on the interwebs but could not find anything. The problem is, that the ESP uses 3,3V wich I don't know the arduino can output.
