Flexitimer2 and tone

When i use both flexitimer2 and tone function, either tone or the flexitimer2 isnt gets sscrewed up. may i know the reason why? and is there any alternative or any solution to solve this problem.. Thanks in advance

the tone() function uses timer2 and as its name implies, flexitimer2 does so too (library to use timer 2 with a configurable resolution)

to solve this you need to find an alternative to one of the 2 so that they don't rely on the same timer (there are alternatives to tone() )

Alternative to tone is NewTone.
