I am thinking of building a smartwatch using the FLORA for a school project. I wanted to ask whether it is possible to connect a LiPo Battery, a vibrating motor, a gyro/accelerometer sensor and an OLED Screen to the FLORA and how would the circuit look like

it's format for making a smartwatch as I will be designing a 3D casing as well. Would you suggest any other board?
All those are possible and you can find examples for each one on line. Get them working one at a time before starting to put them together.

But will it be possible to connect all of these plus a bluetooth module (forgot about it before) to the flora as it has limited inputs? Also how would you suggest connecting them?
Yes, Bluetooth would also be possible.
Get the watch working first, then add the Bluetooth. Learn as you go!
It clearly is not going to be small! 
This FLORA smartwatch is a little smaller, but less attractive. Shortly after midnight, as you can see.
