Flying life guard (basic Stamp Project) can it be convert into Arduino

As Shown in Prototype this Show , on Episode 13 they have created a modern life saving guard , using canon based , and UAV Airplane the problem is they have the all , Electronic Used as , Parallax Professional Development boad , Basic stamp and Parallax GPS receiver ... code is available but the thing is can i migrate , Basic Stamp Code into Arduino or i have develop it ? .. if i have to does it help somewhere ? ..

Where are the sources? Its hard to tell anything without looking at the code.

Did you want to convert both the Canon Targeting System (http://www.grandideastudio.com/wp-content/uploads/21lsd_cannon.bs2) AND the Wristband GPS Transmitter (http://www.grandideastudio.com/wp-content/uploads/21lsd_wristband.bs2)?

Relax Guy's :) .. well you 2 look's both genius my question is simple once again i am going to make the Canon not looking for UAV , the problem is can i control the Physical variable Using Arduino... instead of using Parallax Development board .. ? , as i have to drive two servo , pressure sensor and solenoid valve as output , for the input there are weather info (speed , direction) , and RF info( About G.P.S Cordinates and distance) ..

I would say you can do it better on the Arduino without having BASIC getting in the way.
