Hey
I'm trying to build a flying wing using all my spare parts I have in my house...
I have everything that I need, excepted a mother board, and wondered if it was possible to connect an arduino UNO board with a frsky SBUS receiver.
Can you tell me if it's possible and if it is, how I could do it ?
Thanks,
Arthur
(sry for the mistakes I could do, I am belgian and learn english...^^')
Depends what you are trying to do with this "motherboard".
If it will be as a flight controller, these are rather complex pieces of gear and you would be far better off getting say an Omnibus pro 4 or similar for around $30.00 mark and use iNav to program what you need.
for the details. I think, check me on this, that SBUS is inverted logic signal, so you just have to invert it before you try to “hear” it on the Arduino.
This will give you all the sticks and switches and so forth; what you do with that is, as said, an entirely different kettle of wax.
Good luck, I like the idea of making something with what I have around.
