My idea is for Christmas Light control. When a car drive up towards the house, there'll be a sign saying to switch to a certain FM Radio station that will output Christmas music. While that's happening, I want the Christmas lights to strobe or turn off depending on the beat of the music playing(or have a set list of music with a light sequence attached in a table).

Any ideas on what I would need to do this?
