Good evening, can someone please tell me the distance (preferably in mils) between these two pins? (Arduino UNO, MEGA etc).
Thank you very much.

It is 150 mills or 1.5 times the standard pin spacing. Many consider it a screw up in the original board layout. This was then propagated so that shields would still work with new boards.
Eagle files are on the Arduino Mega product page.
Image of pin7,8. Grid id 10mil. I count 160mil.

Interesting. I've made dozens of shields for the Uno and the Mega and I've always used 150 mil spacing there without any issues, can't deny your image shows 160 though !
I always assumed it was to stop people accidentally mounting a shield the wrong way around, I prefer this theory though ![]()

Ok, so the official measure is 160 mils (4.064mm).
And therefore we can consider exact the footprint for Kicad 6, present on the site https://www.snapeda.com/parts/ARDUINO%20MEGA%202560%20REV3/Arduino/view-part/
okay?
Thank you.
