I wonder if the OP is using the CHROMEBOOK version of CREATE in which case there is a fee although it is a rather paltry amount.
It is mentioned at sign up for the chromebook version.
And the CREATE version for regular computers is still FREE.
Last time I abbreviated the brown thing word I got a suspension !
One of the mods is overly keen on that stuff !
