Forum search

Good morning,

I created two topics on the Forum, both in "Programing Questions". The second one was about week or two ago and was about using sd card. Unfortunately when I search for my username (Michael_L) or "sd card" I cannot find that topic. The first topic though, posted months ago, is still available.0
Are the unresolved posts deleted after some time?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, the forum search uses Google, and Google's crawler seems to occasionally miss forum topics. I guess with 30 trillion pages in their database, they aren't so concerned about getting every single thing on the Internet. This is a frequent cause of frustration for me.

However, in your specific case, it's easy enough to find your previous posts:

  • Hover the mouse pointer over your avatar in the top right corner of any arduino.cc page.
  • Click "Profile".
  • Click "Forum Settings > Edit".
  • Click "Show Posts".

No. We only delete posts if they violate the forum rules (e.g., spam, cross-post).

Thank you very much. All sorted out.
