the project has to do with:

  1. Control of a compressor based on sensors reading and other parameters.
  2. control of up to 24 valves based on sensors reading and other parameters.

What kind of "control"? Turning a relay on or off that then turns the compressor on and off? That seems like a strange thing to do. More normally, you'd want to turn the air flow off or on.

What kind of sensors? I'm sure you didn't order the "bag-o-sensors" from http://sensor-r-us.com.

Perhaps you'd get better responses if you posted the task here. I might be interested, unless it involves music.

The project is a module of a dirigible weather balloon.
Helium has to be pumped in/out to ascend/descend.
there are multiple containers and they have to be managed so they wont burst or deflate untimely.
so you have pressure gauge readouts, altimeter, temperature and so on that have to be taken into account.

no music in this project, except the music i'm listening to right now :slight_smile:
