Looking for a code to be written that will register tattooing information ( session run time, total run time(odometer), voltage presets, adjustment resolution of 0.1 volts, amps, speed, volts, duty cycle etc.) any freelancers out there that can help me out?
I have written a few API's for companies to store data and sort it into databases and or documents, do you intend to use an Arduino to collect and store the data on something like an SD card ? Or do you want to store the data into a database ? because from what you say it sounds more suited for a html webpage and something like PHP Curl or AJAX or a custom windows program to store the data directly to a document - database.
Either way i can create a tool for you, but i need more details on the way the data is collected and how it is to be stored.

I would be using an Arduino Nano to store the info. It will go in a power supply for a tattoo machine. Currently we have NAN V3.0
An Arduino can store the information of maybe ten such sessions in its 2 kB of EEPROM. That's it. Maybe an ESP32 will do for you (sufficient inputs & memory).
Are you looking to monitor your machine during the run and log the data or simply use the processor and a keyboard?
It sounds like the former.
I just used the AdaLogger Feather (well, four of them!) for a data logging project and it's a nice little board.
