I'm new on this blog. I apologize but don't know where to post this question.
I'd like to know if there is a software like Fritzing that I can use also to upload the code and test it on the virtual board buildt with fritzing.

Not that I'm aware of. There are some Arduino simulators but they are far from being a point a click system like fritzing and also don't expect simulated hardware to really behave like the real if not the complete system is simulated.
