From Arduino Yun Prototype to Product

Hi there,

I am not sure if this is right place to ask (sorry if it is not).

How would I go from a prototype in the Yun to an actual product ?

I have found several references on the web (e.g.: http://shanes.net/arduino-from-prototype-to-product/) but they are only for standard Arduinos.

What about the Yun, with its integrated Atheros and somewhat complex boot process ?

Any help or pointers are greatly appreciated!
