from .vlw to .h font file?

New to arduino, so forgive my ignorance.
Have a GLCD from Adafruit set up. Trying to create a larger font from a font already on my computer. Don't really care which, just needs to be at least 32 points high.
What my arduino sketch needs is a header file, all I've got is a VLW file from processing.
I've also got it to spit out a rar, java and code file.
Not so sure how to get from a .vlw to .h file so I can display it on my GLCD.
A push in the right direction would be swell!
