What do you mean by "usb"? Are you asking which USB cable you need?
What do you mean by "ftdi"? Do you have an FTDI module, an FTDI cable, or just a bare chip?
Hey yea what usb cable do i need so i can upload code from my computer to ftdi programmer !
We don't know what programmer you have... Use one whatever matches the USB connector on whatever programmer you have.
And if you are programming an Arduino.... One of the main features of the Arduino is the built-in pre-programmed bootloader so you don't need a programmer! 
I am not programming an arduino i have a esp32-cam that why i need the ftdi programmer ! And i must find a way to connect ftdi programmer with my computer so i can upload my sketch
Does the FTDI module not have a USB connector on it? You haven't really answered all the questions posed in reply#1... that makes it difficult to help.
