Just a quick question. Is there a part #for the leds with built in resisters used on this project(Jaycar?): Gammon Forum : Electronics : Microprocessors : Using a 74HC595 output shift register as a port-expander and also is there any Fritzing type drawing of the project showing connections etc.

If there was I wouldn't tell you for your own good.

Frtizing is evil, leave it alone Luke, it is the dark side. Use strip board making your circuits for.

The LEDs illustrated with "built-in" resistors are actually little

assemblies sold on eBay.
