Gas Sensor MQ135

Hi everyone, let me ask bro, I'm using an MQ135 gas sensor, if I use the map() function to determine the ppm, is that possible? because I couldn't find a calibration method that I can understand and this is my last option, thank you all, bro

The MQ sensors are not calibrated, and all of them respond to several different gases. Their main purpose is to report that something has changed in the environment.

Don't forget to "burn" yours in by running it for 48 to 72 hours, until the reading stabilizes.

so I don't calibrate, just burn it for that long then the mq135 can be used properly?

Once burned in, the MQ-135 should respond to the presence of ammonia, CO2, CO, tolulene, alcohol or acetone in the air.

do I have to wait 48/72 hours every time I turn on the mq135 sensor or maybe I can just burn it once during that time?

The sensor is intended to be left on after burn in. If you turn it off for a significant period of time, it may need to be burned in again. Experiment to learn how stable the readings are.

oh okay, I will do an experiment, thanks for your help, bro
