Gateway/repeater between CANbus and MOST50 bus

I have a project that requires communication between a ECU which works on the CANbus but the system it will be going into is a MOST50 bus system. I know how to make the CAN side of this project work but am totally lost with the MOST50 side. Does anyone know of a MOST bus controller for Arduino. I would be very thankful for any input on this.
