does anyone have an idea where I can find small wheels and gears (max 6mm diameter) that can fit into my 0.5mm shaft diameter pager motor ? I have looked at ebay and amazon and didn't find anything... Any help is appreciated !

I will be interested if you find an answer.
I have got some small gears by taking a very small servo apart. But I'm not sure the shafts were as small as 0.5mm.

Perhaps you can find some 0.5mm ID tubing with a more sensible outside diameter?
Or heatshrink tubing?
