Hello people..
Here is what i want to do...
I have a meat grinder , controled by a motor. This grinder will continuously produce , a paste product with the thickness of a pencil.
After that , a cutter has to be installed , so as this pencil paste , to be cut in certain parts . in other words ,imagine a factory like production line. What kind of motor/servo/cutter should i use for this part of my project?

Any motor powerful enough will do. Add some kind of gears to extrude at suitable speed.
Cutter CAN be a powerful and fast servo swinging the 'knife' back an forth at the extruders opening.
(long arm will incr. cutter speed)

Well it all depends on what power and speed is needed - that's not really guessable -
perhaps some measurement? The motor already exists? Its designed for the grinder?
Does it have a nameplate?
