Hi All, any help much appreciated. I am trying to bind and receive data from this device to my HC 05. I have tried connecting it to my android phone and it works fine. I have tried setting the HC 05 to master and putting in the device address to bind to but no joy 
. The device address is C8:99;19:8F:26:D1 which I am inputting as C8,9919,8F26D1 . Is this correct? I am pretty sure this device merely gives off a signal/pulse every revolution which I am hoping to use on a timer project. Thanks in advance.
I don't think the HC-05 can do BLE.
Cheers, I'm beginning to think the same (AT+INQ fails to see it) . I don't suppose you know if any of the other BT boards would work?

Thanks. Just ordered a HM 10. Hopefully it will bind to the sensor...…….
The HC-42 boards should also work (same manufacturer as the HC-05, same footprint, they're just as bulky, but all HC boards have different pinout!).
