Hello,
I have a generic Xbee from DFROBOT (http://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=409#.UwdCs4XW9PY) and I was having trouble configuring it for the arduino uno with the software provided. I then looked to see if the actual Xbee configuring software by Digi would work (http://www.digi.com/support/kbase/). Will my modules and this software work?

There is no such thing.

What software? What configuration? What trouble?
Will my modules and this software work?
Yes.
Can you show me how you know it will work? Did you look at the links, because I assumed that the information you asked about would have been self-evident on those webpages.

The only people in the world that make XBees are the folks at digi.com. The schematics are not open source. Therefore, no matter who sells the XBees, they are made by the same people that make the X-CTU program. Now, can you imagine a scenario where the software that digi makes could not be used to program an XBee that digi makes?

I looked at the link long enough to see that they are XBees. That is all that needs to be known to answer the question you ultimately asked. The other stuff was just hand-wringing.
Thanks
