Genuino 101 not shipping to Japan

Hi,

I am trying to buy a Genuino 101, but arduino.cc store, Sparkfun and Mouser are all refusing to ship it to Japan.

I thought the Genuino brand was for worldwide except US?
Does anybody know what is going on?
